"We really loved staying in this apartment. It is in a really great location near tram links that is convenient to both the airport and to Nice centre. Moreover, it is a few minutes walk to the beach which was ideal for us. The apartment was well equipped, and had air conditioning which was very welcome during the summer heat. The beds were really comfortable and the whole apartment was clean. I particularly appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine. The owner was very responsive; the buzzer for the front door (that unlocked it) stopped working mid way through our stay but we sent a quick message to the owner and it was fixed very quickly whilst we were out sightseeing,."

"The only slight negative is that there were a few flying bugs and a couple of mosquitos in the house that were annoying. They were there when we arrived. We managed to get rid of the mosquitoes but the flying bugs (gnats?) stayed the whole week, congregating near any source of water (bathroom, wet dish cloths, etc.)."

"It was very clean and also in really good location, it was easy to get to city centre. The apartment was modern and everything needed was there!"

"The location was perfect, it''s very close to the tram stop which brings you right into Old Nice. The tram was also frequent so we were never pressed for time. There's a lovely little cafe down the street where we had breakfast on our first day, the pastries and crepes were delicious and very reasonably priced."

"Everything was great, however, clearer instructions on how to use the dryer would have helped, although I messaged our host and they responded right away,I would have liked to not have had to disturb them. It would also have been nice if we had additional towels and perhaps some basics like shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. We were kindly provided with coffee pods but they did run out, so if we had maybe more pods in the drawers."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und in der Nähe der Tram, die direkt zum Flughafen und zum Hafen fährt. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte und mehrere Bäcker. Zur Promenade sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr gute Informationen zu der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Küche verfügt über genügend Besteck, Teller, Tassen und Gläser."

"Der Check-In erfordert eine Kopie des Personalausweises. In Zeiten von Identitätsdiebstahl ist das nicht optimal. Ich empfehle das Bild mit einem Hinweis "For Homecalm only" oder ähnliches zu versehen. Auf unser Klingeln am Eingang hat niemand reagiert. Glücklicherweise kam ein Anwohner nach ein paar Minuten und hat uns in das Haus gelassen. Der Pincode an der Tür hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, so dass man die Nachbarn ziemlich gut hören kann."
